Payment Methods - Available forms of order payment

Order Payment Methods: Credit Card (online)

We currently accept the following currencies and credit card types for orders paid by credit card:

Order Payment Methods: Bank/Wire Transfer

Customer Process

After submitting an order with "Bank/Wire Transfer" chosen as the payment method, the customer will receive instructions on submitting their wire transfer to one of our banks. Depending on the country the customer is in, the process by which they will actually pay for their wire transfer order varies. For example, if the customer is in the U.S., then they will be given instructions on sending their wire transfer directly to a U.S. based bank. If the customer is located in certain Western European countries, however, then they may receive what is known as a "Giro" via postal mail which they will then submit to their local bank. We have local banks in about 30 of the most popular countries orders are received from -- this allows customers to pay for their order without the high costs that may be associated with wiring to a non-local bank. For countries which we do not have a local bank, customers will receive the standard U.S. bank information.

Note: Orders paid by bank wire transfer are subject to an order processing fee. The order processing fee for customers who are given our U.S. bank information is $10.00 USD. The order processing fee for customers who are provided with remittance data for their local bank (excluding the U.S.) is $2.50 USD.

Finalization

Unlike credit card orders placed online, a customer will not receive the product immediately after they submit their order. We do not deliver the product or credit your account until payment is received from the customer in full.

Note: For orders that customers entered online in which they selected an offline payment method (Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax-Credit Card, Invoice, Open Invoice (European) and Purchase Order), the order will show the date that the customer entered the order online rather than the date that the order completed. To see the date that the order completed, please open the order and view the information listed in the History tab.

Order Payment Methods: Phone

Customer Process

Customers may phone our 24/7 Customer Service Center at +1-952-646-5331 or toll free from the US and Canada at 1-877-353-7297 to place an order by phone. It is helpful if you provide your customers with your product ID number(s) so that they can easily identify your product when placing a phone order. Phone orders are subject to an additional $3.00 USD order processing fee.

Please feel free to post our phone numbers on your website so that your customers may place phone orders. We encourage you to advise them of the phone order processing fee so that they are aware of it in advance.

Phone orders follow the same basic process as an online order.

Order Payment Methods: Check/Money Order

Customer Process

After submitting an order with "Check/Money Order" chosen as the payment method, the customer will immediately receive instructions on submitting their payment to us. If the customer is ordering in USD or CAD then they will be provided with our United States address for remitting their payment to us. If the customer selected Euro or GBP for their order then they will be provided with our UK address for submitting their payment to us.

Note: Orders paid by Check/Money Order are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Order Payment Methods: Invoice

Customer Process

After submitting an order with "Invoice" chosen as the payment method, the customer will immediately receive instructions for remitting their payment to us. If the customer is ordering in USD or CAD and paying by check or money order then they will be provided with our United States address for remitting their payment to us. If the customer selected Euro or GBP and is paying by check or money order then they will be provided with our UK address for submitting their payment to us. For customers choosing to use the invoice to pay by credit card, via fax, they will be provided with our US fax number.

Note: Orders using the Invoice payment option are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Customer Process

After submitting an order with "Fax-Credit Card" chosen as the payment method, the customer will receive immediate instructions for submitting their payment to us by fax.

Note: Orders paid by credit card via fax are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Finalization

Unlike credit card orders placed online, a customer will not receive the product immediately after they submit their order. We do not deliver the product or credit your account until payment is received from the customer in full.

Order Payment Methods: Open Invoice (European)

Customer Process

After submitting an order with "Open Invoice (European)" chosen as the payment method, the customer will receive an invoice by postal mail in about 5-6 business days. The invoice will provide the customer with the opportunity to pay either by bank wire transfer or by "Giro" (Giro is a payment method commonly used in Europe)

Note: Orders using the Open Invoice (European) payment option are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Order Payment Methods: Purchase Order

Customer Process

After submitting an order with "Purchase Order" chosen as the payment method, the customer will immediately receive instructions for remitting their official company Purchase Order to us by fax or postal mail and they will be instructed to include the order number on their Purchase Order. Credit references may be requested. When our accounting department receives the customer's official company Purchase Order they will review it. If the Purchase Order is accepted then the order will be finalized (set to completed) and the customer will be sent an invoice by our accounting department.

Note: Orders using the Purchase Order payment method are subject to an additional $10.00 USD order processing fee.

Order Payment Methods: PayPal

Customer Process

After submitting an order with "PayPal" chosen as the payment method, the customer will be presented with the following text on their monitor:

Checkout: Continue to PayPal Site

Do not close this browser or view another page until you complete your payment and see confirmation of your order on your screen.

Instructions

  1. Click on the "Buy Now" button to go to the PayPal website.

  2. If you have a PayPal account, enter your e-mail address and password to log in. If you do not have a PayPal account, enter the information to create one.

  3. Confirm your payment method and complete payment. PayPal will e-mail you a receipt and return you to our order page.

  4. Payment must be submitted within 24 hours, or your order will be cancelled.

Problems?

If you complete payment, but do not return to our order page, please click here to check your order status. This process attempts to reconcile your payment with your order and may take up to two business days to complete.
